About Me

🌿 My Story (@MillionDollarDelia)

The Story Behind Million Dollar Delia

My whole life, I knew I was different—long before I had the words to explain it.

As a child, my body reacted to things others barely noticed. Costume jewelry burned my skin. Detergents caused rashes. Certain foods made me phlegmy, inflamed, and break out. I was labeled sensitive, dramatic, or anxious—but deep down, I knew my body was trying to tell a story no one was listening to.

I grew up believing healing was something you earned by doing everything right. If I just took the right pill, ate the right foods, or found the right doctor, I would finally feel whole.

Instead, my health journey became a battlefield.

Over the years, I endured 29 surgeries, repeated misdiagnoses, autoimmune flares, unexplained neurological symptoms, chronic pain, and the terrifying experience of losing control of my own body. Again and again, I was told:

“You’re fine. All your tests are normal. It must be anxiety or depression—possibly a trauma response.”

But my body was screaming that something was wrong.

What Was Really Happening

It wasn’t just my health that was failing.
It was my biology that was misunderstood.

My unique code was not being considered.

I eventually was lead to discover that I carry multiple double genetic mutations, including MTHFR, COMT, MAOA, and MAOB—affecting how my body detoxifies, processes nutrients, regulates neurotransmitters, and manages inflammation.

For decades, I unknowingly worsened my symptoms with synthetic vitamins, processed foods, and toxic environments—while being reassured that nothing was wrong.

But I wasn’t fine.
And God knew it.

The Moment Everything Changed

One day, collapsed on the floor of my shower (after my first shot of a biologic that was supposed to help my body stop attacking itself) completely exhausted and out of answers, I cried out to God in total surrender.

And in that sacred moment, I heard Him clearly:

“Get up. You are My delta—a river of knowledge. I created you perfectly. I provide all you need. If I didn’t make it, don’t take it. Know. am your God!”

That was the turning point.

Healing didn’t come from more prescriptions or procedures—it came from aligning my body with how it was created to function. Through clean, whole foods, removing toxins, honoring my unique biology, and anchoring everything in faith, my body began to heal.

Why Million Dollar Delia

I spent over a million dollars trying to stay alive—on treatments, surgeries, supplements, and searching for answers.

Million Dollar Delia isn’t about wealth.

It’s about realizing that my life, my story, and my health are priceless.

Today, I am a wife, a mother of seven (plus three adopted grandsons), the author of Fast. Detox. Heal., and the founder of Lil Magnolia Ranch (currently in the funding stage)—a future healing space rooted in clean food, faith, and recovery for families affected by trauma and prenatal drug exposure.

Why I Created This Space

I created Million Dollar Delia for women, especially - mothers, and daughters who have been dismissed, gaslit, or taught to distrust their own bodies.

For the woman who has always known something was different.

For the mother trying to protect her children while holding herself together.
For the daughter learning to listen to her body instead of silencing it.

I’m here to help you reclaim what I almost lost:

✨ Your body
✨ Your mind
✨ Your purpose
✨ Your peace

A Gentle Medical Note

My story is shared for education, encouragement, and empowerment—not as medical advice. Every body is biologically unique, and healing looks different for everyone. Always work with qualified healthcare professionals when making decisions about your health.
