Ingredients


  • 6 (4 oz) salmon fillets (skin removed)

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil (or extra-virgin olive oil)

  • 1 lemon, zested + juiced

  • 1–2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (more if you love bold)

  • Pinch sea salt + fresh cracked pepper

  • Optional: fresh dill or parsley for garnish

  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Preparation


  1. Prep the Salmon:

    Pat fillets dry with a paper towel — that helps the seasoning stick and crisp the edges.


  2. Oil + Lemon Love:

    Drizzle each fillet with avocado oil, then squeeze fresh lemon juice all over. Add lemon zest for an extra citrus boost.


  3. Season Generously:

    Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning evenly on top (and a pinch of sea salt + pepper). Don’t be shy — you want flavor in every bite.


  4. Air Fry Magic:

    Place fillets in a single layer in your air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd).


    Air Fry at 400°F (200°C) for ~10–12 minutes — until salmon flakes easily and is cooked through.


  5. Serve and Celebrate:
