About the Recipe

These green beans are fresh tasty and full of essential vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients


  • 1 pound fresh green beans, washed and ends trimmed

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)

  • 3–4 cloves fresh garlic, minced (more if you love garlic)

  • Sea salt + fresh cracked black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: Red pepper flakes or lemon zest for brightness

Preparation


  1. Prep Your Beans:

    Wash and trim the ends off the green beans so every bite is just crisp, green goodness.


  2. Oil & Garlic:

    In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil and minced garlic until well coated.


  3. Season:

    Add sea salt and pepper — don’t be shy! If you like a little heat, sprinkle on a pinch of red pepper flakes.


  4. Air Fry Time:

    Place beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible.


    Air fry at ~375°F for about 10–12 minutes, shaking once halfway, until beans are tender-crisp and slightly blistered.


  5. Serve with Soul:

    Plate warm and add a squeeze of lemon or extra zest for a fresh, bright finish.
