1 pound fresh green beans, washed and ends trimmed
1–2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
3–4 cloves fresh garlic, minced (more if you love garlic)
Sea salt + fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Optional: Red pepper flakes or lemon zest for brightness

Preparation
Prep Your Beans:
Wash and trim the ends off the green beans so every bite is just crisp, green goodness.
Oil & Garlic:
In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil and minced garlic until well coated.
Season:
Add sea salt and pepper — don’t be shy! If you like a little heat, sprinkle on a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Air Fry Time:
Place beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible.
Air fry at ~375°F for about 10–12 minutes, shaking once halfway, until beans are tender-crisp and slightly blistered.
