3 Tbsp grass-fed butter or coconut oil
¼ cup pure maple syrup (or raw honey)

¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp sea salt

Return yams to the pot or a large bowl.
Add butter, coconut milk, maple syrup, spices, salt, and vanilla.

Transfer to a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle nuts on top if using.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, until lightly golden and bubbling.
✨ Million Dollar Tips
Blood-sugar friendly: add 1 Tbsp collagen peptides or gelatin (optional, flavorless).
Dairy-free: coconut oil + coconut milk works beautifully.
Extra glow: finish with a drizzle of maple syrup + flaky sea salt before serving.
