This MillionDollarDelia dessert is rich without the crash—clean fats, natural sweetness, and a texture that feels indulgent but loves your body back.

Ingredients


    • 2 ripe avocados (or 1 cup thick coconut cream, see swap below)

    • ¼ cup raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)

    • ¼ cup pure maple syrup or raw honey

    • ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk (just enough to blend)

    • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

    • Pinch sea salt



    Optional upgrades


    • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (fiber + omega-3s)

    • 1 scoop collagen-free plant protein (for structure)

    • Dash cinnamon or espresso powder


    Optional nutrient boosts (choose 1):


    • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (ground) – fiber + omega-3s

    • 1 Tbsp almond or cashew butter – protein + creaminess

Preparation


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until completely smooth and glossy, scraping sides as needed.
